CHARITY PARTNERS

WE COLLABORATE WITH OTHERS
Mobilise works alongside an extensive network of charity partners across the country to distribute our direct giving programs. We amplify the incredible work other charities are already doing, by providing much needed funding directly to their clients.
OUR CHARITY PARTNER NETWORK IS RAPIDLY GROWING!

HOW IT WORKS
We form relationships with charities and onboard them as Charity Partners. The Case Managers at these charities then identify clients of theirs that would be suitable for our programs, and refer them to us through our digital referral portal.
Mobilise provides the funding directly to the participants (e.g. by paying three months of rent to the housing provider through the Mobilise Kickstarter program) and the Charity Partner will continue their case management with the participant.
WHO IT HELPS
Our Charity Partners specialise in a range of homelessness and housing services, some focusing on particular groups of people, such as women experiencing violence (like Catherine House) or young people (like Youth Projects).
So, the funding that Mobilise receives is distributed all over the country, and to many different kinds of people in need, such as victims of domestic and family violence, single mother families, people exiting prison or youth out-of-home care, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, or people with complex or chronic health conditions.
WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT THIS MODEL?
By working with charity partners who already have existing clients and case managers, Mobilise doesn’t need to build up a full case management system, and can instead focus on supercharging the work these charities are doing by delivering funding that would otherwise be unavailable – increasing the efficiency of our impact and amplifying the outcomes the whole sector can have.
In this way, our model is highly scalable. We are not here to duplicate work that other charities around Australia are already doing so well. We put the trust in the case managers to support their clients to get the most out of the Mobilise programs.
